New Orleans Levees
I just heard a breaking news report that said one of the Canal Street levees may have just been breeched. I sure hope this turns out to be a false report. Perhaps it was just some overtopping from the extra water from Rita? This will certainly be a story to keep up with. I can't find anything online about it, but it was a breaking report on The Weather Channel just now.
